Manchester, MI is located within Washtenaw County. The village has a population of 2,160 people, according to the 2000 census. Conveniently located between the greater Ann Arbor area and Jackson, Manchester is located off M-52 between I-94 and US-12. The original settlers of Manchester came from Ontario County, New York, and named the city after their local township. This lovely town boasts rolling hills overlooking a dam and a bridge on the River Raisin.
