In the lower part of Manhattan, from the Hudson River to Broadway, is what is known as Greenwich Village. More than any other neighborhood, Greenwich Village has long been known as the Bohemia of New York City. Many see the Village more as a small town than any other New York neighborhood. True to its tradition, the Village is home to many artists, writers, directors, and radicals. However, the charm of the area has not been lost on business professionals and conservatives giving this location a fantastic mix of residents.
Kips Bay
Kips Bay offers quiet and convenience for residents who want to be near midtown and have quick and easy access to the Long Island airports, LaGuardia and JFK. The housing styles in Kips Bay vary, but the area is predominately filled with modern doorman buildings offering the best in service.
