Welcome to Little Falls, NJThe community of Little Falls, NJ is named for the waterfalls on the Passaic River that are in front of the Mills. The population is 10,855. The Passaic River is a major feature of the town. The Mills, formerly a factory has been converted into large loft-like condos that offer brick walls, high ceilings, numerous in-building amenities and a spectacular view of the Falls. There are three sections of Little Falls; Great Notch, Signac and Center of Town. The Morris Canal, which linked New York harbor with Pennsylvania, still has traces of its route through town, following the Passaic River. Little Falls has a small town feel, far from the hustle of the shopping found on nearby Route 46 and the Willowbrook Mall. Housing is mostly Ranch, Split Levels and Colonials. The median three bedroom house price range is $ 400,000. The elementary and middle schools are part of the little Falls Public Schools. The high school students attend Passaic Valley High School. | More Local Area Information“A beautiful suburban town” according to the Newark Star-Ledger, Cedar Grove, NJ was ranked in the top 20 of “Best Places to Live” by New Jerse...
