North Brunswcick has 4 elementary schools, 1 middle school and 1 high school. There is a large academic community with Rutgers, The State University in adjacent city of New Brunswick. North Brunswick offers many sporting and philanthropic events.

Shopping can be done in ther new Shopes of North Brunswick, featuring name brands vendors. Large box stores and major malls are all a short drive.
