The Incline Village, NV Lifestyle

One of the nation’s top, year-round destination resorts, Incline Village, Nev. reflects the pristine beauty of Lake Tahoe and the grandeur of the surrounding Sierra Nevada Mountains. Lake Tahoe – the largest alpine lake in North America – displays Mother Nature at her best, offering four breathtaking seasons and catering to the outdoor enthusiast.

Nestled on Tahoe’s North Shore with an approximate population of 8,500 first- and second- home owners, Incline Village is well-known by Northern Californians as a great escape from city and suburban lifestyles.

Our community is situated on 9,000 acres and composed of 15 different subdivisions. The Multiple Listing Search offers a pricing perspective, but expect to find lakefront homes priced in the multimillions (median $12 million) as well as homes ranging from $400,000 for a tear down, to a median of $1,200,000 and a high of $34,000,000. There is a large selection of condominiums and town homes with prices ranging from $200,000 to $495,000 median and $3,100,000 high.

The community was developed and designed as a master planned community with amenities easily accessible to families and visitors. Those include private beaches (such as Ski Beach with boat launching and Burnt Cedar with an outdoor swimming pool) where home owners and guests enjoy sandy beaches, rolling lawns, barbecue pits, picnic tables, volleyball courts and children’s play sets. Sunsets and full moons are breathtaking.

Small, yet sophisticated, a wide variety of individuals call Incline Village home. You will discover families raising children in a safe atmosphere with excellent public and private schools, retirees who come for the outstanding summer weather, professionals taking advantage of Nevada’s tax benefits, full-time residents who embrace a small community, and an educational component attracted by Sierra Nevada College, Nevada’s only private, four-year university.

You can get away from it all, yet not be too far away in Incline Village. Reno is a 45 minute drive to the international airport and an easy HUB to manage. Sacramento is a 2-hour drive, San Francisco, 4 hours and Napa, 3.
