The Charm of Babylon, NY

Babylon is also known as “The Village” or Babylon Village. It is located on the south shore of Long Island in Suffolk County. It is a quaint village with many historical homes, some dating back to the revolutionary war. The Village takes pride in its history, which is reflected in a building code that restricts modern architecture as well as fast food chains. There are many things to do here, like taking a stroll around Argyle Lake, fishing, swimming, boating, tennis at the town park, taking a train to Manhattan, or a boat to Fire Island.
