Buffalo is the second largest city in New York State and consists of 32 different neighborhoods with strong ethnic loyalties .It is located at the eastern end of Lake Erie which boasts the greatest variety of freshwater sportfish in the country. Despite struggling against population decline Buffalo continues to look forward. The areas future economic growth is emerging with the Center for Bioinfomatics and the Buffalo Niagara Medical Corridor. Buffalo Niagara’s diversified economy helped the region during this economic recession. Buffalo Niagara is often ranked as one of the most affordable in the nation.

We are a community rich in culture and notable for it’s architecture and many beautiful parks. The Olmstead designed portions of the Buffalo park system are listed on the National Register of Historic Places and maintained by the Conservancy. A significant portion of Buffalo’s waterfront is being transformed from it’s industrial past into a focal point for social and recreational activity. Buffalo’s intent is to stress it’s architectural and historical heritage worthy of creating a destination. The cost of living, education and breathtaking landscape gives this city a “sense of place.”
