Welcome to Sayville, NY

Sayville is located on the beautiful south shore of Long Island, New York bordering the Great South Bay. Sayville is known for its majestic marinas, beaches, parks and museums. West Sayville is home to the Long Island Maritime Museum. This town is across the bay from Fire Island which has 26 miles of sand dunes and beaches. Main Street in Sayville is quaint. The local gift shops, jewelers, country stores are all bursting with local crafts, nautical goods and more. Sayville had a variety of restaurants, from gourmet to light eateries. If you are interested in going to Fire Island Pines, Cherry Grove or Sunken Forest, you can catch the Sayville Ferry for a pleasant ride across the bay. A wonderful advantage to the ferry ride across is for dog owners. Dogs are welcome to drive across with you on your journey across.
