Welcome to Sayville, NY

Early settlers were attracted to the area by the bountiful Great South Bay. In love with this beautiful waterfront community, they fully intended to name their town "Seaville," but due to an error in registration--the town became known as Sayville.

Sayville Voted “Friendliest Town in the United States” is known for its Main street boutique style shopping and small community style living. Yet our streets are bustling during the famed Oyster Festival (Sayville Summer Festival), Maritime Seafood Festival, Apple Festival, and pet parade just to name a few. Please feel free to visit Sayville.com for the list of upcoming events.

Sayville offers ferries to many of Fire Islands’ barrier beaches. We are minutes away from the Long Island Railroad and Long Island Islip MacArthur airport.

Sayville as well as some of our bordering towns are rich in history. Oakdale pays homage to The Vanderbilt Estates now Dowling College, with many of the estates multitude of buildings now converted to single family residences. Bohemia to the north offers equestrian access into Connetquot State Park. Bayport/Blue Point offers the Bayport Aerodrome were you can find aviation professionals and those interested in preserving aviation history. In Blue Point you will find the public beach know as Corey Beach and a local fishing pier.

In any one of these South Shore Towns home demand has been consistently high, yet prices vary depending on many factors. Some of these factors are closeness or access to waterfront, square footage, age, and condition. We offer starter homes for $250,000 to estates for over $3,000,000.
