Welcome to Staten Island, NY

Of the five boroughs of New York City, Staten Island is the most unique! As an island entity it is easy to reach via several modes of transportation and its’ proximity to Manhattan makes it a favorite place to live. It is an island that has a warm and friendly nature, a culturally diverse focus and an eye on future real estate opportunities!

Many of the communities on Staten Island are sustainable as well as affordable and fit well into the “Green” revolution. Staten Island is called a “bedroom community” and has a variety of housing to be offered to the consumer. Property types range from Co-ops and Condos to multifamily dwellings. Prices typically range from approximately $150,000 up to $3,000,000. The prospective consumer will find that there is something for everyone.

The waterfront communities here are special and designed for recreation. Our revitalized boardwalk has and continues to bring an influx of buyers from other boroughs. The hills are a draw because of the natural setting, the great views and the privacy they afford the homeowner. There are many Condo developments with wonderful amenities such as private playgrounds, pools and tennis courts. For the consumer that desires detached housing, many of the neighborhoods have retained zoning that protects them from overdevelopment. There are also many historic districts on Staten Island with homes that have great personality and character.

Because of the ease of commute, the varied housing and the prime location, Staten Island enjoys a continual stream of sellers and buyers. Each wave of consumerism brings a fresh outlook to our borough and ensures the future. To own property here is one of the best investments that can be made!
