The Diverse Borough of Queens, New York City, NY

The Borough of Queens consists of over 20 towns with the type of neighborhood and housing available for all tastes and needs. We pride ourselves as being the most interesting of the boroughs encompassing the great city of New York and the island of Manhattan.

In addition to hosting the worlds fair in decades past, we are the annual location for substantial sporting events on an annual basis. One prong of the Triple Crown of Thoroughbred Racing known as the Belmont Stakes takes place at the Belmont Race Track.

Another popular annual event is the US Tennis Open located right next to Citifield, the brand new home/stadium of the world champion New York Mets.

Queens’ communities, to name just two, run from the inner city type of Astoria - so close to the borough of Manhattan providing you with skyline views of New York City - to the country-like community of Bayside.

All of the Queens communities are reachable by an extensive public transportation system, whether that is the buses, trains, railroads or subways that are here to service you. And let’s not forget the horse drawn buggys available to you just across the East River in Central Park.

For your housing needs there is something for everyone. From rental apartments, to co-ops, condos, single/multi family row houses with their distinct history to suburban type of homes with substantial yards surrounding them. Let Cooper Real Estate and Queens be your first stop in locating all of your housing needs whatever they might be for the entire great City of New York.
