Welcome to Bond Hill, OH

Laid out in 1871 by a group of investors, Bond Hill, Ohio was annexed to the city of Cincinnati in 1903. Centered at Reading and Paddock, Bond Hill is a most accessible neighborhood to shops, businesses and culture of downtown Cincinnati. The area has a nice mix of housing, including classic Tudors in a wooded setting, affordable one- and two-family dwellings, and historic Victorian and Queen Anne homes. It has a new branch library, which opened August 2007. Schools here include the newly built Woodward High School, a $41-million contemporary building; Bond Hill Academy, currently being built by Cincinnati Public Schools to be completed in 2008; and Phoenix Community Learning Center, a charter, K–8. Its community center is well equipped with a gym, team weight room and chess club.
