About Cheviot, OH

Those looking to get into the city governments, the independent municipality of Cheviot, Ohio offers plenty of opportunities for townspeople. However, don't expect a rapidly changing, fast moving town if you settle down here, Cheviot praises itself for its stability and conservative nature. While a relatively upscale neighborhood, Cheviot residents do not like showing off their wealth. The houses in Cheviot, Ohio offer everything from updated modern, to traditional colonial style. Many of the homes in Cheviot are simple but impeccably maintained.

Though the town likes to keep its old-fashioned style, there are plenty of shopping outlets within walking distance of many of the neighborhood streets including one district which has over 125 shops and is the center of financial importance. However, Cheviot is mostly a simple town that proudly holds a large Harvest Home Parade after Labor Day every year.
