It boasts a $10-million, 40,000-square-foot community arts center with a 250-seat theater, arts & crafts room, dance & fitness studio and art gallery. There is a nice blend of industrial and residential development offering all kinds of housing— deluxe apartments, condo complexes, starter homes and large contemporaries. Some amenities here include more than a dozen parks, ball fields, a city golf course and a recreational complex. There are hundreds of events, festivals and theatrical productions here. Residents enjoy a strongly supported school system (its School district: earned in 2007 its first “Excellent” rating from Ohio Department of Education); active youth sports programs, and outstanding city services.
