About Clermont County Townships

Tate Township
Tate Township is the perfect place for people looking to move to close-knit communities. Many generations have remained in Tate Township and new generations have been coming back to put down roots and remain close to their families. Tate Township is made up mostly of residential areas and flat farmlands which are still in use, but there are a few shopping options and a movie theater but most residents prefer going to nearby Eastgate with its large mall for their needs. One of the old-fashioned amenities the town offers is a Country Cart Service which offers door-to-door transportation to anywhere in the county. The township has a few parks and is close to East Fork Lake, Friendly Meadows Golf Course and Bethel Swim Club.

Washington Township
The original home of President Ulysses S. Grant, Washington Township might find itself as the perfect home for you and your family. Traditional homes in Washington Township resemble the quaint village atmosphere, while offering up many modern amenities. Well known for its feeling of privacy, it's surrounded by the Ohio River, wooded plains and farm lands used for such varied goods as grain and tobacco. It's made up of a number of small towns such as Moscow and Neville with not many residents, though building is a possibility. A charm offered throughout Clermont County is the Cart Service which offers door-to-door transportation anywhere in the country. There aren't many shopping facilities in Washington Township but other towns are close enough that this isn't a problem. One of the greatest highlights of Washington Township is its nearness to the water and all the good that brings; fishing is one of the most popular past times in Washington Township. The Washington Township Community Park has lots of activities for all ages including a small fishing lake which. A lodge for Freemasons is located in Moscow and paying tribute, a historical society made up by a lot of the townsmen.

Wayne Township
For those looking for a true feeling of the past with little of the overwhelming crowds many areas today have to offer, Wayne Township is perfect. All the stores are small, independent and family owned. The sense of community and history is as strong as it ever was; it's the type of place where families will live for generations. Wayne Township is made up of a good number of villages and towns making it relatively larger than other townships but still maintains being a mostly rural area with a lot of its inhabitants engaging in grain farming. Cincinnati is just over a half hour away but for those looking to get anywhere in Clermont County, a cart service is offered. Its most popular recreation spot is Stonelick Lake Park is named for the lake which many of the residents adore traveling to and fishing in (bass fishing contests are often being held) but many other family activities are offered as well.
