Lewisburg is home to the annual Derby Days in mid-August featuring a tractor pull, parade, Derby Days Queen Contest and an annual Cruise-in of nearly 200 classic cars.

With a population of just under 2000, Lewisburg residents enjoy over 30 acres of parks and walking trails in a rural setting.

Area students are served by the Tri-County North school system.
