About Powell, Ohio

Powell, Ohio is an upscale growing community known for its many antique shops. It's possible that the downtown Powell Historic District has more antique shops within walking distance of one another than anywhere else in the greater Columbus area. Traditional two-story homes in the $170,000 to $800,000 price range are typical in Powell, Ohio where there are also more than a dozen subdivisions and new houses are always being built.

Powell has a revitalized Historical Town Center, clean and well-maintained streets, parks and a recreation department, and full-time police service. New shops and businesses are opening up. The Columbus Zoo and Olentangy Indian Caverns are nearby, as are state and metropolitan parks, making the area a nature-lover's delight.
