About Hamilton County Townships

Anderson Township
This area is known for being one of Greater Cincinnati's fastest growing areas. Outstanding housing can be found here at affordable prices. Many of the newer homes in Anderson Township, Ohio are in a variety of styles from the reasonably priced to luxury homes. Because of Anderson Township's abundant characteristics, many of the area's most prominent builders have been attracted here. Anderson appeals to newcomers and to its long-time residents because of its location, its many shopping facilities, and the diversity and quality of its neighborhoods.

Colerain Township
This Township includes four key communities- Groesbeck, Monfort Heights, White Oak and parts of Mt. Airy. Colerain Township has much to offer potential homeowners. Most of the housing in Colerain Township consists of converted ranches but single family houses are also becoming increasingly popular. Colerain is also home to Northgate Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in Cincinnati, and several other complexes and malls are nearby. Parks, golf courses and lakes are less than a half hour away from any side of Colerain Township.

Miami Township
Miami Township is located on the north bend of the Ohio River, considered by many to be one of the most scenic spots on the river. Houses for sale in Miami Township feature some of the most beautiful views one could imagine. While some houses are small and most suited on the wonderful rolling lands, Miami Township also offers the Deer Run Country Club Estates. A new sort of housing experience which provide large houses in a country club atmosphere complete with a golf course.

Springfield Township
Hamilton County's Springfield Township neighborhoods include Edgemont, Finneytown, Glencoe, Golfway, Hollydale, Lexington Heights, New Burlington, Pleasant Run Farms, Seven Hills, Skyline Acres, Valleydale, and West College Hill. This township represents one of the best close-knit communities in this area. Civic and youth organizations are highly active in the area and five separate libraries are within its borders. The organizations are among the most active in the state and have worked towards making its 125 acres of parks the best they can. Homes in Springfield Township are comfortable and traditional, perfect for families looking to settle down in a close-knit community.

Symmes Township
The gamut is run in Symmes Township where everything from studio apartments to large estates are ripe for the taking. Combine that with the growing business areas, the maintenance of natural wildlife and close proximity to the Little Miami River, and you have one amazing place to live. It is well known for its respect of privacy but still offers a real sense of community for residents.

Symmes Township has two large shopping centers, numerous parks fulfilling the needs of many, and a popular Nature Trail. The Symmes Township library is the largest in Cincinnati and Hamilton County. Choosing one of the many wonderful neighborhoods in Symmes Township will bring you close enough to Cincinnati that a commuter can find this a wonderful place to come home and relax to.

Whitewater Township
Three communities that comprise this township are Elizabethtown and Hooven, which are mainly residential areas, and Miamitown which is well-known for its many antique stores. Whitewater Township has a population of around 5,500 and is known for having excellent schools and life long residents. Simple access to larger areas together with a strong sense of community makes this township suitable and attractive to those wanting a calm way of life.
