City of Palm Coast

Palm Coast is a master-planned community on 42,000 acres with a hometown feel. Prices for homes range from eth very affordable to the very luxurious, and taxes are reasonable. The beach is 17 miles long and covered with shells rather than people. The preference here is saltwater canals rather than crowded four-lane highways. And instead of towering skyscrapers, you’ll find high-spreading oaks, palms and pine trees.

Among Palm Coast’s many amenities are four semi-private and two private golf courses, a swimming center and the Player’s Club for tennis fans. The Palm Coast Marina is right on the Intracoastal Waterway.
