Panama City Beach, Florida is one of the best and most beloved beach resorts in the world. In fact, it is widely known for its slogan, “The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches.” Panama City Beach is located on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, in Bay County Florida, located in the Northwest portion of the state. The Florida Panhandle is often referred to as “The Emerald Coast” or “Florida’s Great Northwest Coastal Region.” Panama City Beach offers diverse housing that meets buyer or renter needs. Real estate options in Panama City Beach include luxury waterfront condominiums and hotels, apartments, private getaways, single family homes, and quaint beach cottages. Once known as the destination for college students on spring break, Panama City Beach has more recently become the perfect destination at any time of the year for all ages. The weather in Panama City Beach is almost always sunny, with water temperatures in the 70s. Over twenty five miles of glistening white beaches meet the clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico to complete this year-round paradise.

Some beach goers come to Panama City Beach just to relax on its beautiful white, sandy beaches. Others come to participate in every imaginable water sport offered, particularly families in the spring and summer. Panama City Beach offers a lot of adventure, amusement parks, water attractions, and an abundance of shopping centers, golf, tennis, and the hottest party spots for young adults.

Soon construction with be completed on the Panama City /Bay County International Airport, just minutes from the beaches, making Panama City a convenient and affordable travel destination from any major city. For visitors that prefer to drive, the area is easily reached from major interstates. Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway or the Gulf of Mexico provides access for those who would rater travel by boat.

If you are looking to relocate here, in November 2006 CNN/Money said Panama City Beach would be the #1 real estate market in America for the next 5 years. Panama City Beach has been growing by leaps and bounds for the past decade. According to the 2005 U.S. Census Bureau estimates, the beach area continues to grow very rapidly. There are plenty of job opportunities available in the area, with excellent colleges and universities, community college and vocational schools.
