Welcome to Perry Hall, MD

Ten miles northeast of Baltimore sits the quiet suburb of Perry Hall. This unincorporated community is home to more than 28,000 Perry Hall real estate owners, who enjoy a relaxed pace of life within easy reach of Baltimore’s many amenities. That’s not to say Perry Hall doesn’t have its own share of attractions. These include the Perry Hall Mansion and the Gunpowder Falls State Park, whose Great Gunpowder River offers fishing, canoeing, and other recreational opportunities. Just as alluring to potential homeowners is the community of Honeygo, located in the town’s northeast quadrant. Originally a rural parcel of land, Honeygo is now a rapidly growing development sprung from the careful planning of the Perry Hall Improvement Association, one of the oldest civic organizations in the county of Baltimore.

Given the town’s rich history, natural beauty, accessibility, and commitment to growth, it’s no wonder many people choose to relocate to Perry Hall real estate.
