About Pleasant Ridge, OH

The early settlers of this town were rich people from close to Cincinnati and found Pleasant Ridge a wonderful place to live and to build up luxurious mansions that are standing there to this day. Through the years, the town has changed. The neighbors are very friendly and exhibit a strong sense of community with block parities and neighborhood clubs. While mansions are still available, it's not all there is for the potential buyer. Many residents prefer the smaller, moderately priced houses that can give you all the luxury you desire.
