Exciting plans are also underway to restore the downtown area. There is lots of recreation, ranging from Super Splash USA Water Park, Raytown BMX biking trail, hiking trails, fishing and many parks. Raytown is one of the safest cities in the metropolitan area. Raytown has quality schools. The community comes together for annual events such as Raytown Night @ the Royals Game in May, the Raytown Summer Fest & BBQ Cook-off in June, and the Fishing Derby also in June.

Whether you are looking for an urban setting or a suburban setting, Raytown has a mixture of both. We have a variety of styles of homes, single family, patio/villas, townhouse and a new traditional neighborhood design subdivision. Housing is very affordable in Raytown. Raytown is a family-oriented community with that home town feel!
