Welcome to Rehoboth Beach, DE

At one square mile, Rehoboth Beach is the largest of Delaware’s resort towns. However, its relatively modest year-round population of just over 1500 swells to more than 25,000 in the warm summer months, attesting to the popularity of this charming beach community. As a result, Rehoboth has earned the nickname “The Nation’s Summer Capital.”

One of the town’s biggest draws is its boardwalk, which is packed with an array of shops, dining establishments, and entertainment venues. But other attractions include the Rehoboth outlets, home to more than 140 stores; the Rehoboth Beach Autumn Jazz Festival, held annually; and the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand, which has provided the town with free entertainment since 1963.

Whether you’re looking for a second or vacation home or planning to relocate to the area, Rehoboth real estate offers something for everyone, from its tight-knit community and small-town atmosphere to its spectacular beachfront home and water views.
