Looking for an area with great education? Rochester is home to 11 colleges and universities, with 4 of its public high schools in the top 100 in the country. Looking for sports or recreation? Rochester has professional baseball, soccer, and hockey teams as well as some of the country's best golf courses. Looking for winter/summer recreation? Bristol Ski Resort, with a 1200 foot vertical drop is only 35 minutes from downtown. For the boating enthusiast, there is Lake Ontario as well as our famed Finger Lakes.
