Santa Ana

Santa Ana is the most populous city in Orange County and the County Seat. Santa Ana is considered an affordable town, with many different options available for first time home buyers. The city is home to the Discovery Science Center, the Bowers Museum, and the Orange County High School of the Arts. Also located in downtown Santa Ana is the nationally recognized ballet school, St. Joseph's. Other schools in Santa Ana include, West Coast University, Pacific Coast College, and Mater Dei (one of the most popular private, parochial schools in the county). Many believe Santa Ana to be a city making a comeback. Most of the residents will say that it is Orange County's only urban area, and they say Santa Ana's ethnic and cultural diversity make it unique.
