The Community of Seal Beach, CA

Stroll on Ocean Avenue looking at the Pacific and we will see why it is aptly named “Seal Beach”. Located north of Huntington Beach and south of Long Beach, Seal Beach is a relatively small enclave of beach homes. A vast expanse of Seal Beach is the Naval Weapons Station. Boeing is the major employer in the area.
