Spanish Fort, Alabama sits high on the bluff of the Eastern Shore overlooking Mobile Bay. Spanish Fort is located in Baldwin County and is one of the first communities you come to as you travel east from Mobile across Mobile Bay on the Causeway. Spanish Fort is adjacent to Daphne, Alabama, Bay Minette, Alabama and nearby Fairhope.

Spanish Fort, Alabama boasts lots of history dating back to 1781, when the Spanish Troops were protecting Mobile, Alabama, as the British were trying to re-take the city.

Spanish Fort is a popular family community with many new schools and subdivisions being developed. It is conveniently located just about 25 minutes west of Pensacola, Florida and approximately 5 minutes from Downtown Mobile, Alabama.
