St. Augustine and St. Augustine Beach

Founded by the Spanish in 1565, St. Augustine is the nation’s oldest city. Extraordinarily rich with history and charm, St. Augustine’s landmarks, beaches and outdoor recreation opportunities draw tourists from around the area and the world. Attractions in the city include the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, The Spanish Quarter, Flagler College, the Lightner Museum, and the St. Augustine Lighthouse, which was built in 1874. Eleven blocks of pedestrian-only streets offer fine dining, cafes, shopping and much more.

St. Augustine Beach residents enjoy a casual beachside lifestyle, with an assortment of housing available from beach homes and condominiums to luxury beach residences.
