St. Johns, a city of approximately 8000, is the county seat of Clinton County and is 20 miles north of Lansing. The city has a strong agricultural heritage and mint farms surround the town. During the mint harvest the second weekend in August the town celebrates the Mint Festival which draws thousands to the weekend long event involving entertainment, crafts, and events of all types including wagon rides through the mint fields.
St. Johns Public Schools have an enrollment of 3,300 students. Average ACT Scores: 22.
