Living in St. Louis, MO

St. Louis is a friendly place; you might say it is the biggest small town in the country. Mixed with plenty of culture, sports, restaurants and parks, there is plenty to do for all ages & intellect. We offer plenty of diversity and great education. While our Arch is the National gateway to the west, it begins a semi-circle of neighborhoods and communities that are rich in culture and housing that can be luxurious and expensive to charming and affordable. Our St. Louis Metro area sports some 2.6 million people. Our median sales price is $134,400. From our downtown Loft District, Soulard, Lafeyette Square, Central West End & University City are some of our most trendy areas. Our Clayton, Town & Country, Ladue, Creve Couer are some of our prestigious areas. While Webster Groves, Glendale, Kirkwood, Sunset Hills are family oriented with tree lined charm and strong community active. Our West County, South County and North County areas are very family oriented with that suburban feel. While our St. Charles & Jefferson Counties offer a lot of great pricing for new construction. St. Charles County offers Wing Haven & New Town both complete cities to themselves. Jefferson County offers more of a country flair. Overall St. Louis is a wonderful place to live with many opportunities and plenty to do.
