Sterling, Virginia, is broken up into defined “communities”, each possessing its own character and charm. Broad Run Farms, Potomac Falls, Sterling Park and Sugarland Run are the four different “communities”. Broad Run Farms is noted for its wooded forest area, where homes are set in the midst of the serine foliage. Potomac Falls, lies alongside the Potomac River. With breathtaking views of the river, this community recently started increasing its real estate development. Sterling Park is mainly comprised of large farm houses and has a feel of being completely removed from the city. Golf courses, community centers, recreational facilities are a large part of this community. Lastly, Sugarland Run is the community that possesses the most contemporary housing options. Single-family condominiums and townhomes dominate this area.
