In less than 100 years, Cordova's population has started at 150 people and has grown incredibly, mostly in just the past few decades. What caused this change? One reason is that it was annexed by Memphis in the 1990's. But it wasn't just becoming part of one of Tennessee's largest cities that did it, it was also the creation of the Wolfchase Galleria shopping mall, one of the largest malls in the state. After the mall was built, the population in Cordova exploded and companies and industries made their move here. Nearly 20,000 people work in Cordova, and there are many schools, parks, and a famous country club with a golf course within the town.

Housing to accommodate this population boom offers every option, from highly luxurious European estates, to more modest, two story family Colonials. But magnificent and cozy homes aren't the only variety to choose from, condos and townhouses are also prominent in Cordova.
