Living in Jackson, TN

Jackson is located in the center of West Tennessee between Memphis and Nashville. Jackson features big city amenities with small town hospitality. Jackson is well balanced with healthy retail, medical, four colleges, manufacturing and good transportation. West Tennessee Healthcare is one of the top ten largest public, not for profit healthcare systems in the U.S.

Traditionally, the Jackson real estate market has been fairly well insulated from national trends. We don’t see either the extreme highs or lows in our market.

Jackson is home of the late Carl Perkins, Casey Jones Village, the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Pageant, The West Tenn Diamond Jaxx professional baseball team and the NAIA Women’s National Championship basketball tournament. Pacific Wings Airlines has several flights daily to Nashville International Airport. Jackson General Hospital just completed a $250,000,000 addition.
