Welcome to Tysons Corner, VA

Tysons Corner serves as the main downtown area of Fairfax County. Considered an “edge city”, an area which has more jobs than bedrooms, is no older than 30 years and is bustling with commerce and recreation. Currently Tysons Corner is an unincorporated and does not have its own zip code. In turn, it is often named as being located in McLean or Vienna. As the Metro expands, it is forecasted that Tysons Corner will become a “real and official” city. Plans to implement pedestrian-friendly streets, public transportation and enhance residential amenities are already in the works.

Home prices have nearly doubled in the past several years, resulting in Tysons Corner becoming an even more attractive place to purchase real estate. There is no shortage of housing options. All of the property is fairly new, constructed in the last 30 years, from condos to townhomes to large family homes; there is something for everyone in this quickly growing area.

With a dynamic nightlife, world class restaurants and an endless selection of shopping choices, Tysons Corner is a community in which anyone who finds an eventful suburban lifestyle appealing would surely enjoy. It seems as though this new area will continue to grow at a fast pace, welcoming new residents and real estate owners will open arms.
