Villa Park is served by the Orange Unified School District, and the scores at the elementary and middle schools land in the top 25 percent of the state and the high school at the top 10 percent. The typical homes in Villa Park are single story ranches, spread over large lots. However, there are also mansions and other luxury homes available in Villa Park. Overall, the city is very well maintained.
