Welcome to Richland, WA

Lots of sunshine, sparkling water, and mild winters make the Tri-Cities a great place to live. With an abundance of walking trails along the river starting at Howard Amon Park and continue approx 5 miles to Leslie Grove Park near the campus of Washington State University of the Tri-cities. Howard Amon Park is also the place for art and craft shows and concerts in the park. There are beautiful playgrounds for the children with stately trees for the adults to sit under.

Golf courses abound in all 3 of the Tri-Cities with golf being played almost all year long. The communities around these golf courses make for a great and relaxing way to live. Richland boasts of housing from the older government housing from 1944 to brand new golf course communities.

The Tri-Cities; Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland, are in Benton and Franklin counties. Outlying communities are West-Richland, Finley, Benton City, Prosser, and Burbank.
