Cultural Beloit, WI

Just north of the Wisconsin border, covering approximately 17 sq. miles, you will find the City of Beloit. With over 37,110 residents, Beloit is also home to more than 88 industrial firms, 850 retail establishments, several corporate headquarters, a minor league baseball team, several museums and an internationally acclaimed college that bears the community’s name.

A center for the arts and many cultural assets are found in Beloit. The Wright Museum of Art, new Industrial Arts Museum, internationally acclaimed Logan Museum of Anthropology, infamous Angel Museum, along with the City’s Historical Society and the Hanchett-Bartlett Homestead are popular landmarks found in Beloit. Enjoy the public artwork found throughout Beloit’s riverfront, downtown and Beloit College Campus. Together, Beloit and Janesville share a world-class symphony orchestra, which holds many special events and activities throughout the year and is especially proud of its summer stock theater.
