Waterbury is the 5th largest city in the State of Connecticut with a population of approximately 109,000. Waterbury offers divers ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Waterbury is known as the Brass City because of its long history as the center of the Nation's brass industry. Today it is known for its advanced technology capabilities, architectural facades and is former home to Roslyn Russell. The Clock Tower at the Waterbury Republican and American Newspaper is an exact replica of the Clock Tower in Sienna, Italy. Waterbury is located in New Haven County and is easily accessible by town major interstate highways.
