Welcome to Wilton, CT

Wilton, Connecticut is a desirable residential community nestled in the Norwalk River Valley within easy commuting distance by train or air to New York City.

Wilton has many restored vintage homes, stunning contemporaries and spacious colonials. Eighteenth and 19th century homes are a popular site in the city, where by some estimates over 500 have been restored to their natural charm. Two acre zoning offers a gracious sense of country living amidst a thriving town. There is limited industrial and commercial development in the area due to the hundreds of acres of parklands used for hiking, picnics, swimming and camping. Wilton has maintained beautiful athletic fields, tennis courts, golf courses and a host of community clubs and organizations.

Historically, Wilton has a lot to offer. Founded in 1802, the city has a number of historical points of interest including the Wilton Heritage Museum, Lambert House, Weir Farm and a historic Old Town Hall. Town services include a Village Market. Wilton's development plan is based on the idea of preserving its character and keeping its old world charm alive.

The quality of life in Wilton is extremely high, with everything one could need located right in the city. Escaping from everyday life is easy in Wilton, where country living meets great city life in a family friendly community.
