Welcome to Wyandotte, Michigan

Wyandotte has a premium location on the Detroit River approximately 11 miles from Detroit. It provides its own power through a municipal power plant and operates city-owned water and cable television services. For housing it offers residential sub-divisions with homes and condos, some with river access.

The City of Wyandotte has been awarded the designation of a “Preserve America” community from the Federal government. They are known for promoting cultural tourism as well as the awareness and education of preservation issues in the city.

There are many famous people that are from Wyandotte, but two very distinguished people are Lucille Ball of the “I love Lucy” TV show and Lee Majors of the “Six Million Dollar Man” TV show.
